About Me

Director. Filmmaker. Storyteller.
Growing up, I wanted to be a lot of things. A Veterinarian, an Interior Designer, an Astronaut, the list goes on. Out of all of the stuff on the list, Film Director was not one of them. A few years went by, and my mother knew I had a creative skillset. She put me in theater, and I dedicated 9 years of my life to it. Once I graduated high school, I got the infamous question, "Now what?". I thought long and hard and decided on teaching. Why not? Within my first semester of college, I quickly learned that that was the wrong answer.

With a lot of thought and sleepless nights, I took the leap of faith and enrolled in the University of North Georgia's Film and Digital Media program. I learned the history, art, and skill of film-making. I knew that I needed to be a Director when I made my first short film, Ripples. After that, I was fascinated by the craft and pursued the title with passion. During my time at UNG, I've directed several short films and have had the privilege of screening (and            ) at several festivals.
When it comes to film-making, my overall goal is to tell the untold stories by envisioning the lives of others, creating visually unique films, and inspiring conversations. Once I toss my cap, I plan to continue pursuing my goal and education by working on and creating as many films as possible while attending a graduate program for writing and directing.
